Lakes & Country was founded in 1985 by Carol Page. She focused on selling local lakefront property, land, and serviced the under served “country” areas. She opened the flagship office in Bloomingdale, MI, which is still in operation today at 110 E Spring Street.
In 2014, Janis Havice purchased the company, rebranded, and the company has grown significantly. We still continue to serve the same areas and also expanded our territory. The Paw Paw office at 200 S Kalamazoo was opened in 2016, and is now the main office with agents ready to serve you.
